闫明明 女,1983年3月出生。2007年9月考入东北林业大学森林植物生态学教育部重点实验室生药学专业攻读硕士学位,在导师祖元刚教授、付玉杰教授的指导下从事药用植物黄芪活性成分的分析检测和分离纯化研究。

Topics include: Chemistry relating to major and minor components of food, their nutritional, physiological, sensory, flavour and microbiological aspects; Bioactive constituents of foods, including antioxidants, phytochemicals, and botanicals; Chemical and biochemical composition and structure changes in molecules induced by processing, distribution and domestic conditions; Effects of processing on the composition, quality and safety of foods, other bio-based materials, by-products, and processing wastes; Chemistry of food additives, contaminants, and other agro-chemicals, together with their metabolism, toxicology and food fate.
